Appliance Repair in Florida

Fridge running warm by lunchtime. Washer stuck full of water. Oven that clicks but never heats. Dryer taking three cycles to finish a load. These things break at the worst time, usually on a humid Saturday. Tell us the symptom and we'll get a visit scheduled. Call us or send the quote form.

Quick answers before you call

Do you cover my part of Florida?

We are based in Middleburg and serve homeowners around North Florida and beyond. Coverage depends on the day and the route. Give us your city or ZIP when you call us and we'll tell you straight whether we can reach you.

Which appliances do you repair?

Refrigerators, freezers, icemakers, ranges, ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, washers, and dryers. Both gas and electric. We work on most major brands as an independent company. If your unit is unusual, describe it and we'll tell you if it's in our wheelhouse.

Can lightning really break an appliance?

Yes. A nearby strike or grid surge can damage the control board while the motor stays fine. The machine may power on and do nothing, or flash odd codes. Board and wiring testing tells us whether the fix is small or not.

How soon can someone come out?

It depends on the day and where you live. Food-spoilage and active-leak calls get priority in our scheduling. Call us early if you can. We'll give you a realistic arrival window instead of a vague all-day promise.

Should I repair or replace?

Age, part cost, and overall condition decide it. A five-year-old washer with a bad pump is usually worth fixing. A fifteen-year-old unit with a failed compressor often is not. We look at yours and give you an honest recommendation.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Tell us the noise

Describe what you see, hear, or smell. Buzzing, leaking, burning, or dead silence. Model number helps if you can find the sticker. We ask a few questions and book a window that fits your day.

  2. Step 2

    We diagnose in person

A technician comes to your kitchen or laundry room, tests the machine, and finds the actual failed part. You hear what went wrong in plain words, then decide whether repair or replacement makes better sense.

  3. Step 3

    Repair and retest

With your approval we complete the work, then run the appliance through a real cycle before packing up. Floors get wiped, packaging leaves with us, and you get care tips for our salt air and storms.

  • 1Ask for their license numberThen verify it with your state licensing board rather than taking it on trust.
  • 2Ask for proof of insuranceLiability cover protects you if something goes wrong in your home.
  • 3Get the quote in writingIncluding the trip fee, whether it's credited against the repair, and parts.
  • 4Ask how they handle callbacksIf the same fault returns, what happens? Get the answer before work begins.
  • 5Check their own reviewsLook the business up independently — their Google profile, not just what they tell you.

Why homeowners call us

  • North Florida conditionsCoastal humidity rusts drain pans. Salt air eats at outdoor-adjacent dryer vents. Lightning surges fry control boards mid-storm. We see these failures constantly and know which part to check first instead of guessing our way through.
  • Independent shopWe are not tied to any manufacturer, so we service refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, washers, and dryers from most major brands. Our advice comes from what your machine needs, not from a brand sales script.
  • Snowbird schedulesEmpty houses hide problems. An icemaker that flooded in March, a fridge that quit in July. We handle season-open checks and season-close shutdowns, and we can coordinate with a neighbor or property manager.
  • Straight answersSome machines are worth fixing. Some are past it. If a repair does not make sense for the age and condition of your unit, we say that out loud so you can spend your money somewhere better.
  • All major brands, gas & electricWhirlpool, Samsung, LG, GE, Maytag, Bosch, KitchenAid and more — as an independent repair company.
  • Straight answersIf it isn't worth repairing, we'll say so — often on the phone.
